Where are you located?
Are you kosher?
Yes. Home bakeries cannot get a certificate so I don’t have one, but my tools are all kosher
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery for an additional fee based on location. Pickup is also available
How do I place a custom order?
Do you make custom cakes?
Yes! All the cakes we offer can be customized to match your theme, colors, and flavors.
How do I contact you for more questions?
How long will my desserts stay fresh?
Cakes and cupcakes are best enjoyed within 4-5 days in a fridge, while cookies
and some pastries can last up to a week when stored properly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept, Zelle, Venmo & Cash.
Can I request a dessert that’s not on your menu?
Yes! Let us know what you have in mind, and we'll make it!
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 10 days in advance.
Large or custom orders may require additional time.
Do you require a deposit for orders?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your order.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes can be made up to 5 days before your order date.
After that, we may not be able to accommodate modifications.
How long does a workshop last?
Most workshops last between 1-2 hours, depending on the type of class and group size.
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options?
Yes, we offer some dietary-friendly options!
Can I choose specific colors and designs for my order?
Absolutely! We work with you to create desserts that
fit your vision. Feel free to send inspiration pictures.
Do I need baking experience to join a Sweet Workshop?
Not at all! Our workshops are designed for all skill
levels, from beginners to dessert lovers
How should I store my cake or desserts after pickup?
Cakes should be kept in a refrigerator. For other
desserts, it depends on the type.
Do you set up the dessert table at my event?
Yes! We offer setup services to ensure your dessert table looks
perfect for your celebration.
What is included in a dessert table package?
Our dessert table packages are customizable! You can choose
the number of candy jars, desserts, flavors, and theme.
Who can participate in Sweet Workshops?
Our workshops are great for all ages! We offer special
options for kids, birthdays, and corporate events
Do you provide all the materials for the workshops?
Yes! We provide all decorating tools, ingredients,
and desserts—just bring your creativity!
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders for businesses?
Yes! We provide custom desserts for businesses,
